Plot Assignment Process: All paid plot applications received by March 17, 2024 will be reviewed and assigned by the following priority:

Returning gardeners who desire the same plot(s).

Returning gardeners who desire different or additional plots(s).

New gardeners who live or work in Painesville.

Other new gardeners.
Note: Garden Management will attempt to give everyone what they request, but if demand is high, new gardeners may be limited to a single plot or plots assigned by lottery.
If your paid application was received by March 17, you will be notified of your plot assignment via email (unless otherwise specified) by April 1, 2024.
Any plots still available after April 1 will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Garden Availability:
Gardening season is April 1 – November 15
Hours: Sunup - Sundown, except 8:30am - 4:00pm on School Days

I understand that neither Painesville Community Gardens DBA the Red Raider Gardens @ Elm nor the Painesville City Local Schools are responsible for my actions. I THEREFORE AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS PAINESVILLE COMMUNITY GARDENS DBA THE RED RAIDER GARDENS @ ELM, GARDEN VOLUNTEERS, OTHER GARDENERS AND PAINESVILLE CITY LOCAL SCHOOLS FOR ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE, LOSS, OR CLAIM THAT OCCURES IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE GARDEN BY ME OR ANY OF MY GUESTS.
